Trust the process... That is the mindset. When lacking that creativity and loosing that spark, having trust in the process is huge. We all are encountering obstacles of some kind. Music is my release to all of what is going on in my life. I do not have a better outlet, so what you hear is real. I try to remain myself in all this, seeking the fortune will ruin a man. Artists like J. Cole and Dizzy Wright are ones I look up too. Ones who remain true!
The game has influenced you and I, and has shaped our way of thinking. Music is a universal language, it literally speaks to the soul. My mind, body & soul is in this and my music is a product of my environment. What you hear are my emotions, can't stress that enough. Becoming completely self-made from the production, to engineering, to mastering and writing the song... to then putting it out for the world to hear is feat. From artists like J. Cole, and Russ emmerged that aspect of self production from beginning to end. It adds an element to the music. Thats the goal for me, I wanna make the beats, I wanna write the lyrics, I wanna promote the work, and above all I WANT TO PERFORM IT LIVE IN FRONT OF MY FANS!

But more recent musicians like Ab-Soul, Kendrick Lamar, TDE as a whole, Dizzy Wright, Mick Jenkins, Underachievers, Chance the Rapper, A$AP MOB, Flatbush Zombies, and Pro Era… From east to west the culture supplies us with the demand. With this demand comes evolution, and with this evolution comes Scot Conr… Listen Now!
